Do I need to cook my own meals or eat bland, boiled food every day?
Absolutely not! Our core philosophy is “Eat smarter, not less.” We designed our plans specifically for busy individuals. Every plan includes our Global Dining & Eating Out Survival Guide. We will teach you how to navigate any restaurant or food court, make smart swaps, and still hit your goals without sacrificing your social life.
Do I have to strictly track macros and weigh my food every day?

What happens immediately after I purchase a plan?
Upon completing your purchase, you will be redirected to our comprehensive Onboarding Form. You’ll provide your basic metrics, lifestyle habits, and goals. Once submitted, your coach will analyze your data and deliver your personalized Blueprint PDF within a few working days. If you purchased Plan B or C, you will also receive access links to your dedicated WhatsApp coaching channels.
