FUELLOGIC provides systematic, data-driven coaching protocols and does NOT offer medical diagnosis, clinical treatment, or replace the advice of a licensed healthcare professional.
2. Assumption of Risk
Always consult with your General Practitioner (GP) or a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new diet or drastically changing your nutritional habits, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions or metabolic disorders. You participate in this program voluntarily and at your own risk. FuelLogic makes no guarantees regarding specific weight loss, muscle gain, or body composition outcomes, as individual results vary based on genetics, age, gender, and personal commitment.
3. Intellectual Property
All materials, PDF reports, guides, and blueprints provided to you by FUELLOGIC are the exclusive intellectual property of FUELLOGIC. They are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not distribute, copy, reproduce, or sell these materials without explicit written consent.
4. Payments & Refund Policy
All payments are processed securely via our payment gateway (HitPay). Due to the personalized and digital nature of our blueprints and coaching services, all sales are final and non-refundable once the customized PDF or coaching service has been delivered or initiated.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
